Our machine shop includes a lathe, milling machine, drilling and grinding machines and the necessary skills to make tooling, jigs and gauges for our battery production. With our considerable experience we are able to design tools and jigs etc to ensure that all our batteries are made to exactly meet the customers requirements. All jigs and tools are numbered and retained so when repeat orders are received sometimes after many years the same jigs and tools are available to ensure consistency of product.
